- A Business Insider list (Oct 15, 2026) says season 1 is based on Chamber of Secrets. That looks like an error: HBO's press release and Wikipedia say season 1 adapts Philosopher's Stone (Chamber of Secrets is season 2). We follow HBO.
- HBO's own wording is 'Christmas 2026'; the exact Dec 25 date comes from trade reports cited by Wikipedia.
